Therefore, the company has defined its qualitative policy as the follows:

Products which are distributed by Alborz Ceramic Company to Iranian and foreign market mosaic and ceramic consumers are comparable with the best mosaics and ceramics in the market, because they meet all requirements of the customers and are selected as the ideal product for in situ consumption.

Concerning this fact that meeting demands of customers are the main objective of Alborz Ceramic Company, the company scrutinizes all processes which are related to quality of ceramics. In this procedure, qualitative specifications of raw materials, materials under production and final ceramics are determined, measured and controlled in all producing stations.

All processes of ceramic and mosaic production including construction of body, creating glaze and color, pressing, desiccation, applying glaze and color and firing mosaic and ceramic are controlled, precisely. While controlling and analyzing all producing processes, inspectors and experts of the company make sure about being controlled processes and recognize improvement opportunities. Therefore, ranking and packing processes take place through observing precise national and European standards.
