Installation Process Guide

• 1- Apply cement to the surface and prepare the surface for setting mosaic tiles.

• 2- Level the cemented surfaces by level.

• 3- The surface is prepared for setting mosaic tiles by applying fine sands and cement.

• 4- Apply a mixture of white, black cement and sieved powder stone on the cement.caulking may be done if necessary.

• 5- Level the mixture with trowel thoroughly.

• 6- The picture of a prepared surface with the above mentioned mixture and thorough caulking.

• 7- Sprinkle water with brush to prevent the cemented surface from being cracked.

• 8- Set mosaic tiles orderly on the prepared surface.

• 9- Hit mosaic tiles by trowel to stick the tiles on the surface.

• 10- Pour grout on mosaic tiles and spread it with brush.

• 11- Clean tiles and erase the extra grout with a piece of cotton cloth.

• 12- Double check the tiles to set the tiles and offer a perfect job.

• 13- The picture of a wall tiled by a tile setter.

• 14- Final and general picture of the project.
