Packing Ceramic and Tile

Alborz Ceramic Concerning policies of the company for producing high quality ceramics and accessing to the global markets and establishing ceramic sales bases throughout the world, while observing its customers viewpoints, the company uses three types of boxes for packaging ceramics and completing ceramic production process. The pointed boxes are different in terms of special products which are being packed in them:

Special Pack Box for Miniature Ceramic (Quadrangle): (Each box contains ten sheets with 32*32 cm dimensions and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for Miniature Ceramic (Hexagonal): (Each box contains eleven sheets with 32*32 cm dimensions and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 10*10 Ceramic (bulk): (Each box contains 100 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 10*10 Ceramic (PVC): (Each box contains 10 sheet, each one contains 12 ceramics, totally 120 ceramics as large as 41*31 cm and equal to 1.25 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 15*15 Ceramic (bulk): (Each box contains 44 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 12*24 Ceramic: (Each box contains 32 ceramics and equal to 0.94 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 45*15 Ceramic : (Each box contains 15 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 20*20 Ceramic: (Each box contains 25 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 25*25 Ceramic: (Each box contains 16 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 30*30 Ceramic: (Each box contains 11 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 15*45 Ceramic: (Each box contains 15 ceramics and equal to 1 sq-m)
Special Pack Box for 5*20 and 5*10 Ceramic (bulk): (Each box contains 10 sheets, each one contains six 5*10-ceramic and six 5*20-ceramic equal to 1 sq-m)

Based on European standards, policies of the company and demand of customers, we cover required products after packing in the box by the rubber coverage (shrink) and then after packing over the palet they will be wrapped by special nylon and finally they will be fastened by the thong.
